Hello, my name is Caiden Hodor, and I am currently a senior at Jim Thorpe Area High School in rural northeastern Pennsylvania. My greatest passions outside the classroom include basketball and environmental and wildlife conservation. I am looking to pursue academic disciplines in biology and environmental studies, with the goal of a future career in veterinary medicine.
I take pride in my work ethic—both on the court and in the classroom. The quality of my education is just as important to me as playing alongside teammates who are selfless, disciplined, and team-oriented. I compete with intensity, focus on aggressive defense, and commit to doing the little things that create more efficient offensive opportunities.
Now in my senior year, I understand how important it is to take advantage of every opportunity and stay consistent in both academics and athletics. I will continue pushing myself in the classroom and developing my game throughout the school year, working toward a future where I can earn a collegiate uniform and succeed as both a student-athlete and a committed advocate for environmental conservation and sustainability.
