Hi! My name is Noah Mvula and I am currently going into my senior year at Chesnee High School in South Carolina. In addition to being a starter on the Varsity high school team, I also play for the AAU SC Spiders. Although I am Canadian, I have been a US resident since August 2022.
Throughout my high school years, I have maintained a 3.89 GPA. As my coaches and teachers can attest, I am passionate, not just in basketball, but in all my interests such as traveling, animal life (especially herpetology and marine biology) and trains.
Athletically, I was honored with the Excellence award in 10th grade for my senior varsity team.
I am looking for a school that values my academic career, as well as my athletic one. I am interested in starting with a biology degree (marine biology as a double major if offered) and later, continuing into sports medicine or physical therapy. I am looking for a team that will feel like family and allow me to become the best player and man that I can be. Additionally, my goal is to bring basketball to Malawi, Africa, especially through future skills training and equipment donations.
Since my father is a professor at a university, I am lucky to have a large list of schools for which my tuition fees will be paid. In addition to the possibility of academic scholarships, I am aiming to secure an athletic scholarship for room and board, as well as books.
