As the youngest of six children, I've learned to watch, listen and learn from my siblings successes and failures. Seeing their hard work and determination with school, sports and life, has helped shaped how I approach education and the love and dedication of basketball. I've played other sports, soccer and football. But I've found who I am and what I love to do out on the basketball court.
The people in my life have taught me how to push myself in school and in sports. Basketball has taught me how to play my role in helping the team to be their best and push for a win. I've taught my self not to be selfish with the basketball, I know when I need to give the ball up or take the ball for myself and make a shot for my team. My curiosity and my love of history and how it affects the future carries over into learning from past mistakes which corrects me in my education and playing basketball. I want to be able to use playing basketball to help me better my education for my future.
