Hunter Bennett '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Hunter Bennett. I am a senior at Forrest High School, in Chapel Hill, TN. I have been playing basketball since I was able to pick up a ball and have loved the game ever since. I have played multiple sports but have recently decided to put all of my focus on basketball. This game has taught me a lot about myself as a person. I love to lead on and off the court. I am driven to not only be the best at anything I am involved in, but also love to see and help develop the potential of those on my team and in any club, organization, or classroom. I bond with those around me and will sacrifice myself for their benefit. That is why I often lead my teams with assists. It does not matter to me who scores, as long as the team scores. I play hard, work hard, and lead with integrity and passion. However, my passion does not lead me, as I maintain my composure on and off the court through difficult challenges and even times of celebration. Celebrations along with setbacks are just as heartfelt when it affects others on my team, as if it were my own. My work ethic will be my most noticeable characteristic in the gym. No one else will match the intensity I bring to practice and game time. My faith in God and my family are the core of my success. Whatever goals I pursue, I can count on my God and my family to be my biggest fans.
