I'm a team player - who's primary goal is to win. Not for me, but win as a team. I've finally accepted the fact that I'm a leader and with that comes responsibility that I'm ready to embrace.

Academics is something that I've improved on and continue to each day. I use my resources and always do my work daily etc.

I work hard * I'm willing to go that extra mile for the benefit of my team.

Personal success is important but basketball is a team sport - I don't win unless we all win!!!
