Thank you for taking the time to read my personal statement. I am extremely excited about the opportunity of being a part of your program. Ever since I could dribble a basketball it has been a dream of mine to play collegiate basketball but I'm not just a basketball player. Although. I give my heart and soul to the sport, I do the same in the classroom. I want to study journalism in school! Sports is my passion! If I can't play it, then all I want to do is talk about it! All day every day if I could! 

I would be a great candidate for joining your program because I'm a team oriented kind of guy. I want for everyone to succeed as much as I want and desire that for myself. I'm responsible, I'm accountable, I'm a natural born leader and my father is a basketball coach so all we do is study the game and break down film so have a strong understanding of the game as well but also still have so much more to learn and I'm excited about doing that under your leadership!
