I try to make the right decision in the game at all times - even from the bench I help my team with the energy I bring. On the court, I love to score, but really it's about the team scoring, so once the defense zeros in on me, I focus on getting assists. When it comes to effort, I know that is measured most with rebounds and defense, so that's been my focus for the last few months.

I think that two things set me apart from other candidates. First - my grades are always on point, I'm actually on pace to be val or sal in my class. Second - I work hours a week independently to perfect certain skills. I know that the only real way to improve is individually working intentionally on something over and over again, and when it works in a game, it's all worth it.
