Since I was a young child, I have wanted to pursue a professional career in sports. Basketball was something that I picked up like a second nature. With the motivation and training brought to me by my father, I have strengthen my growth, love and a huge passion for basketball. I have been playing basketball since I was 3 years old for the YMCA, and I haven't quit it since. I've also played many other sports to include football and soccer when I was much younger. I have always been a hard worker in everything I do. I do and promise myself to always give my 110% effort. I would love to play basketball in college because basketball is my #1, but before athletics comes my schoolwork and I have always cherished that. I would like to have a Computer Science degree beside my name. Both of my parents are former atheletes and have graduate degrees,so I realize the importance of having a higher education after my career has ended. I am an easy player/person to get along with. I consider myself and have been told that I am very coachable . With that I am very focused inside and outside of the classroom. Whether it's on the court or in school, I've always been dedicated to giving my all. Through NCSA I hope to further my athletic as well as academic career to advance to places I've only prayed to be at.
