Personal Statement

  • First and foremost I want to say thanks to all the college programs that take the time out of their day to read my personal statement and recruit me. It would be an honor to play at the college level . I know going to college on a scholarship is a very big responsibility and privilege. My goals for playing college basketball, as a combo guard, is to continue my academic studies, build lasting relationships and compete at the highest level, while maturing and growing as a young man, ready to give back to my community. I’m looking to be a student-athlete first and be apart of a family and winning program. Also I know that I need to stay on top of my academics, which is why choosing a school that pushes me academically is priority. 

  • I feel that my attitude and character separate me from other players. Maintaining  my integrity on and off of the court helps me with  my drive, leadership, mental toughness and coach-ability. 

  • I may be one of the fastest players in the country if not world with the ball in my hands. I play both ends of the floor and I finish at the basket over or through taller defenders. I know how to work off the pick and roll, create for my shooter, drop it off to the my big man or create for my shot as well.

  • It’s always been my dream to play college basketball. I know that I have to work everyday to get to where I want to be because anything can happen at any moment. My name is Kenneth Page and thank you for reading my personal statement.
