I am a 6'5” shooting guard who can play inside, and I'm a versatile defender who can guard a big, a wing, or a point guard. My quickness helps me stay with smaller guards and still move to help inside. My greatest strength is shooting accuracy, whether from the arc or in the mid-range. I can beat most defenders off the dribble and get open jump shots. In terms of training, I am extremely dedicated to my training and development as an athlete, working out (lifting) and training with an individual skills coach outside of regular practices. My objective is to continuously improve all aspects of my game, including my court IQ. I play for the Pro Skills Basketball AAU Organization located in DC and in January 2023 was named an Academic Player of the Week by Zero Gravity XL. Off the court I believe that my academics are crucial to my growth as a student athlete. I am currently maintaining a 4.1 gpa and challenge myself daily to obtain the best grades possible in the most challening classes (AP and dual enrollment). I have set really high goals for myself in the future. In the near term, my biggest goal is to help my Varsity Team win a championship. My longer-term goal is to attend a top academic college/university and play basketball at that level. I am an unselfish player who strives to be the best teammate I can be and to help my team win. Ultimately, I hope that my basketball experiences challenge me and help me to develop and demonstrate the best character I can, on and off the court.
