Karree Smith '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Karree Smith,  I attend Green Run High School.   I am from Virginia Beach, Virginia.  I grew up in the Green Run section of Virginia Beach. Before my mom received orders to Bangor Washington, I decided to stay with my father in Va beach.  My mother is in the United States Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer and my step-father is a retired Master Gunnery Sargent.  I have 2 brothers and one sister. I love sports, preferably basketball.  School is hard but not impossible ( so my mom says).  

I plan on attending college and playing college basketball. I may not be the best student or athlete, but I certainly will try my best at everything I do and succeed.  My grades will get better, I now have a tutor.  I plan on majoring in physical education when I grow up. But for now I am a PE junky. 

I want to let the coaches know that I work hard and listen to everything that is spoken and taught. I have been playing Virginia Beach rec football and basketball since I was 2 years old.  I don't partake in any drugs or alcohol. No one in my house drink or smoke.  Let me know how can I become a better young man, athlete and son. Take Care
