Sports has always been a huge part of my life and I fell in love with the game of basketball in 9th grade. My love for sports has caused me to be deeply interested in sports science and have attended many internships regarding sports medicine. I have also written and published a research paper regarding ankle injuries, which won 1st Place in the Washington State Science Fair. I am taking AP Biology as well as AP Calculus which aligns with my career interest in sports science. My excellence in both basketball and school shows my hard work and how I am able to handle the pressure that comes from both sports and academics. I am hoping to attend a college to play basketball and further my education in sports science related courses.
