My collegiate goals and aspirations are to do my very best at being a student athlete. Having good grades in each one of my classes and setting aside a set schedule for study time as well as being involved with study groups that will enhance my study skills. I will make it my priority to develop close relationships with instructors and counselors so they know how serious I am about my studies. I hope to take challenging classes that will prepare me and push me to learn more about myself and build life skills. I feel I would be a great fit for their team because I am a hard worker, good listener and always willing to learn. I believe in working together to make a situation work, always trying to lead by example. I have such a loving passion for the game of basketball. I take the same approach with what I bring to the court as I do with my studies. That's vey important to me. How I carry myself, my body language, attitude, positivity and being unselfish. As well as the desire to win and be successful. Basketball is a very physical game and you have to be mentally tough no matter the outcome and play with confidence even when the outcome isn't in your favor. Being a student athlete is a full time position, on and off the court and sometimes challenging because you have to juggle both with practices, games, traveling and class work. I will strive to be disciplined by balancing all and achieving the rewards in the end.
