Personal Statement

My passion for basketball truly started in 8th grade when I was selected for the Wisconsin All-State Tournament Team. However, I feel I grew the most as a player and teammate the next year, my freshman year when I was moved up to the Junior Varsity team. Our team consisted of freshman, sophomores, and juniors. It helped me be able to adapt quickly to new situations and learn to build team chemistry fast. It also challenged my leadership skills and bettered me as a teammate and captain.

I was fortunate enough to be part of a great youth program and to also attend a great high school. Ever since my first tournament in the first grade, I've been taught the importance of my faith, leadership, teamwork, determination, and the value of a great education. I am on a quest for a college program that fits me athletically, but more importantly, academically. I feel I am talented and smart enough to make an instant impact on a colligate team. As a dedicated three-sport athlete,  I know that I have what it takes to be a successful leader on your team!

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
