Zachary Meisel '25 Recruiting Profile

My hope is to fill this out in August(2023) as I will be competing at the Israeli Maccabi Games representing the United States and Team Greater Washington, D.C. as a swimmer.  

Having swum for NCAP - GP - for the past many years I am excited for this to be my final meet as a swimmer...and focus when I return on my diving.  

I have swum competitively for over 12 years...and feel I bring a unique perspective to a Swim & Dive Team.  

Being newer to dive provides me the insight of how to connect the team together, and look at the long-term goals vs. the short failures...not be embarrassed by my "smacks" but to know that each day I am better than the day before.  

Last year(2022) I didn't have the 11 dives for a J.O. competition...a year later(2023) I have the list and the confidence.

I am confident in another year that my skills and new dives will bring me new opportunities.  

Right now I have the best coaches, training partners, and facilities possible to ensure I get to the level I know I can get to in 12 to 18 months.
