Personal Statement

I want to compete in two sports at the collegiate level.  I excel in Men's Diving and Track & Field in Pole Vault and I have been a varsity letter winner, District qualifier, and All American Conference 1st Team qualifier in both sport.  I have broken school records in both sports and training is a priority for me.  I am eager to continue competing while I study in college.  I have a great work ethic and a positive attitude and being a supportive teammate is very important to me. I am competitive, but I consider all athletes to be my friends and I prefer to be a leader through example. I have a 3.79 grade point average and I am on track to graduate with an honor's diploma.  Doing my best on the field and boards and in the classroom is my top priority, but I also want to be remembered for being a good person to all the people that I meet.
