Personal Statement

I have loved the game of golf since being introduced to it by my grandfather at five years old. The discipline and technical skills required to play a sport full of unique variables has always interested me.

I am a coachable athlete and have progressed every year of my career. I enjoy improving my game and seeing the results on the course. My goal is to find a college that will not only challenge me academically but will also allow me to further my golf career and take advantage of all the opportunities it gives me.

Outside of golf, I enjoy playing percussion in my school marching band and outdoor activities like mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking and snow skiing.
