Rylan Black '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Rylan Black.  I am currently a junior and part of the 2022 graduating class at Lake Oconee Academy in Greensboro, Georgia.  I have been playing competitive golf in the southeast for over 4 years.   I practice and play out of Reynolds, Lake Oconee, Georgia.

My goal is to continue my golf career at the collegiate level.  I have a strong work ethic in school as well as how I approach the game of golf.  I currently have a 4.0 GPA at Lake Oconee Academy, named a state Charter School of Excellence.  I am a member of our school’s BETA Club and a part of Youth Leadership Greene, a high school group of young leaders in Greene County, Georgia. 

I receive golf instruction at the Kingdom at Reynolds, Lake Oconee.  Taylor Crosby is my swing instructor.  I also work with Blake Adams, former PGA Tour player, for player development and on course instruction, also at the Kingdom at Reynolds.
