Sean Lowry '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'3, 140 lbs., 17 year old, right hand dominant golfer. I was born on April 29th, 1996 in Chicago, IL. I have played on the varsity golf team at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory since my Sophomore year, along with playing a few varsity tournaments during my Freshman year. This year I will be the number 1 golfer at Saint Ignatius. I have a 3.55 GPA, while taking multiple honors and AP courses, and have scored a 27 on the ACT.

I would like to play golf at a University that is known for having exceptional academics, and strong Business and Finance programs. I would also like to go to a school where I can contribute to the University's golf team during my Freshman year. I believe my best fit for college golf will be on a DII or DIII golf team.

This summer I have played in the Windmill Open at Mill Creek Golf Club, the Second City Classic at Coyote Run Golf Course, the Aberdeen Classic at the Course at Aberdeen, the IJGA Playing Member Sizzler at Cog Hill Course #1, and the Open #10 at Sportsmans Country Club. The Windmill Open's dates were May 4th and May 5th, the Second City Classic's dates were June 13th and 14th, the Aberdeen Classic's dates were June 27th and 28th, the IJGA Playing Member Sizzler was held on July 2nd and the Open #10 was held on July 12th. I am also scheduled to play in the Championship at Geneva Natioal on July 16th, 17th and 18th, the Kenosha Classic on July 25th and 26th, the IJGA Sectional #8 on July 31st, the Plum Tree Classic on August 8th and 9th, and then my Senior year of high school golf.
