Cooper Hanson '22 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile page to learn a little more about me. My name is Cooper Hanson and I will graduate with the Class of 2022 this coming Spring. I am and always have been a multi-sport athlete. I grew up playing baseball, soccer, football and wrestling. I began playing golf the summer before my Freshman year of high school. I fell in love with golf and have been working tirelessly over the last 4 years to get better and earn an opportunity to golf at the Collegiate level. As you can see from my high school seasons, I am improving by leaps and bounds every year and have put myself in the position of being one of the top high school golfers in the State of Iowa. 

I will bring a lot to my next team in college. I'm a two-time state qualifier in wrestling as well and I bring a tough wrestling mentality with me to the course. This has allowed me to stay focused in pressure situations and the ability to bounce back from tough shots or bad breaks. I look forward to my continued growth and know I will be a terrific asset to a college golf team in the near future.
