My name is Nick Kelsey, I play varsity golf at St. Paul's school in Covington Louisiana. I love playing golf and am very competitive. I focus on improving myself on and off the course whenever I can. Also, I bring energy to the team and enjoy helping with anything I can. Academically I perform at an above average level, pushing myself in the classroom as well the course.

- shot +9 for three days. 76-75-74 tried to focus on finishing strong the last day and went -1 in my last 3 holes, making a major improvement from the previous rounds. the cut after the first two days was +12 and I finished top 45 out of 120 players.

- 75 from the blue tees on the oak course, 8 mph winds mid to high 60s temp all day, rained a little near the end but stayed dry other than that. placed 5th out of about 50 kids and qualified for state! cannot wait to play at the farm next week.

- 6484 yards 71.9; shot 75 +3 and placed tied for first out of 57 competitors. As a team, we placed first and take the title of the 2023 District Champions. Stayed pretty warm all day and the wind stayed at a comfortable breeze of about 9 mph. I cannot wait for regionals and hopefully state.

- first day had a personal best 70, started at 40 degrees and warmed up to around 50. 6500 yards and in 7th place, great position going into the second day. played the blacks up so around 71.3 rating with 127 slope 2nd day shot 76 at links on the bayou. 6767 yards, 72.8 par 132 slope rating hard winds in the high 30s low 40s
