James Fuhrer '25 Recruiting Profile

I have had a golf club in my hand ever since could crawl. I grew up on a golf course and playing golf is all I ever do. Shortly after I was born, I was diagnosed with an eye and nerve disease called Nystagmus. Doctors and other people have told me I wouldn't be able to do certain things when I grew up like driving or being good at a sport. As you can see I haven't let anything those people told me get in my head. My determination and work ethic is what separates me, not from just golfers, but all athletes as a whole. Even as a little kid, my dream was always to play golf at the next level and that is what I am here to do.
