Brendan Hunter '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brendan Hunter and I am 16 years old. This summer I participated in a number of tournaments with the New England PGA Jr. Tour and US Challenge Cup. My average score is 73.5 and my handicap is now at a +2.0.  I was the total point winner for the 16 - 18 age group with the New England PGA Jr. Tour.  I have participated in a number of US Challenge Cups as of 10/31/11.  My average score in the tournaments has been a 75.  I have been playing golf for the past five years. I am a hard worker who will never stop for anything and anyone until I reach my goal. I am one of those players that is driven by determination to improve my skill. I was on JV hockey last year and we had six senior defenseman on varsity and I worked hard to be called up to to play in a couple varsity games towards the end of the season as a freshman. I would love to go to a school where I can play golf year-round.  I am undecided right now on what I want to major in but I am thinking of criminal justice or business.  My goal as an athlete is to play as a freshmen in a competitave league.
