Personal Statement
Soccer has been a huge part of my life ever since I first stepped on the field in the youth league, and has continued on up to where I am now. Throughout the years I have taken every opportunity to grow and take in as much as I can as a player. I want to compete in college because it will allow me to play the game I love and learn even more important life lessons both on and off the field. Soccer has taught me what it is like to be a team player, work hard for what you want, and how important leadership is as a part of your character. Having the opportunity to expand on what I have learned and to take my play to the next level would be amazing. I take my academics seriously and would want a school that would challenge me academically so I can grow as a person and as a player. As someone who can play wherever they are needed I believe that I am capable of boosting the college program I play for to success.
