Nicholas Caruso '12 Recruiting Profile

I have only played golf for 3 and a half years. I started when i was a freshman. So i am probably not the "ideal" college golf recruit. But i do have alot to offer. In my small time of experience with the game of golf, i have learned alot, fast. Last year i was ok, but would be very spotty. In the club championship i shot 81- 75. i was not very consistent. I saw what kids around me were doing, and it made me very inspired. So i worked every day in the winter last year at the range, and local indoor facilities. At the end of last year i was a 12 handicap, now i am a 3.7. I am a fast learner and a leader. My whole life I was a baseball player, and wanted to play at a collegiate level. After my freshman year, i completely dedicated everything to golf. I really feel i can bring alot to a college golf team. It is my dream, and hopefully will be a reality. I would love to go south to get a chance to play all winter. My swing coach, high school coach,and myself truly believe i have alot of room for improvement and i am going to achieve that.
