Brendan Cronin '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brendan Cronin and I attend Saint Johns High School in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. My goal is to attend a strong academic university and play collegiate golf at a high level. I would contribute to the team and the school because I am always striving to improve, on and off the course. I take my commitments very seriously and I understand that as a student-athlete, I am constantly representing my school.

I have been part of the Saint Johns Varsity Golf Team since my freshman year and have worked my way up to be one of the best on the team. I also have proved that I am one of the best in the state. I finished my junior year with a T-3 (75) in the MIAA D1 State Finals at The Haven Country Club, and was named a Conference All-Star and T&G All-Star.

Off the course, I have proven to be a great student. I have a 3.9 G.P.A and have currently taken 4 AP courses. I am apart of the National Honor Society and have achieved placement on Headmaster's List multiple times. My success in the classroom has made it easier to concentrate and improve my golf game.

Only playing golf for 4 years, I know that this is not the top for me. I believe that my game will improve as I continue my career as a collegiate golfer. I hope that you see me as a great fit for your school and golf program, and I hope I can continue to play the game that I love.
