Playing competitive golf in college was always an extremely exciting aspiration for me from a pretty young age. My goal has always been to be a part of a talented and motivated team that doesn't stop at "good enough". I see college golf as a great opportunity to improve my game and begin to play to my full potential. I aspire to be the most dedicated and focused player on any team no matter the circumstances. I enjoy the game of golf and having fun along the way but I treat it like I would my job. As a part of any college golf program, I will strive for perfection each and every day. I enjoy the camaraderie of playing for a team and I will always put the team before myself. Team goals will always supersede any individual desire. Giving up is something I am unfamiliar with. In fact, I believe my mental game separates me from my fellow competitors. Over the last several years I became frustrated with my lack of performance in high-pressure situations. I have worked extremely hard on my preparation and routine during these situations and I am confident that I can perform at the next level. However, I still consider academics to be my first priority. I pride myself in being a diligent student who is excited to listen and learn. On and of the course I push myself to improve and be the best student-athelete possible.
