I love playing golf. I am dedicated to competing and improving every day. I began the recruiting process this year, and am looking forward to my college golf experience.
I am a +2 handicap golfer. I study hard and do well in school. I broke the base of my left index and third finger last March (2017) which affected my golf scores in the Spring and beginning of summer. I worked hard to rehab my broken hand and am fully healed.
I work with Grant Sturgeon, the golf pro at our family course, Arcola Country Club where I also caddie weekly.
I am ready to dedicate myself to my college team and do whatever it takes to get us to finals, and I am so excited about the opportunities that I hope lie ahead.
I cannot remember a time that I didn't dream about playing for an impressive university or college golf team. I come from a family of recreational golfers and have played for enjoyment since i was two. I grew up playing all-star travel lacrosse, soccer and basketball on highly competitive select travel teams, and my parents emphasized trying many different sports like sailing, which I also competed on a travel level at many regattas. I love golf!
Recently I began playing tournament golf and discovered the AJGA and other organizations.
Thank you for your time and attention.
