My name is Austin Rosser, and I am a junior in high school with a deep passion for golf. I’ve been playing since before I was 3 years old and began competing at the age of 7. Over the years, my love for the game has only grown, driving me to develop my skills and compete at higher levels. Currently, I compete at events through the Texas Junior Golf Tour, NTPGA Medalist, NTPGA All American Tour, and the West Texas Junior Champions Tour at least two to three times per month. Even though my small high school does not have a golf team, I work diligently with my swing coach, as well as my trainer and nutritionist, to refine my game and push my limits on the course.
As I continue my journey in golf, my ultimate goal is to play at the collegiate level, where I can further develop my skills, contribute to a team, and pursue my academic ambitions. I aspire to build a career in the golf industry, gaining valuable experiences that will prepare me for life after college.
In addition to golf, I am part of my high school's competitive BBQ team - Eagle-Q, I enjoy playing high school basketball, and I cherish spending time with friends and family. These experiences have shaped my dedication, teamwork, and work ethic. Golf has instilled in me discipline and resilience, and I am excited for the opportunities that lie ahead as I strive to blend my passion for the game with my future goals.
