My love for golf started with going to the golf course where my grandfather works and helping him, as well as hitting at the range and putting at the practice green. I met lots of golfers that have helped me along my golfing journey. My family and I play a lot of golf together. It is not uncommon for me and my little brothers to go out and play together. I am also involved at the First Tee of the Roanoke Valley, where I am currently working on my ACE certification. I think it is important to be a leader in school and on the course. I am the president of the Class of 2024, a school representative on the Student Advisory Council for Roanoke County Public Schools, and I volunteer with younger classes at First Tee. I am also a leader on my high school golf team.
In the future, I want to graduate as a valedictorian, attend a four-year college or university, and be a part of its golf program. While being a student-athlete at the next level, I am interested in pursuing a degree in business.
