Dear Coaches.
Of all my endeavors, ice hockey brings me the most enjoyment. My goal with hockey is to continue skill development, competition play, and participate in college at any level. In the past year I have physically grown to 6'-2" height and I am in process of trying to match that growth with increased speed and strength with a regular program of resistance training. Since I started skating at the age of six, year-after-year, I have been fortunate to have been exposed to excellent coaching on teams in CA & CT, as well as numerous development camps and tournaments. Last summer I was pushed harder than ever at an amazing camp in Breezy Point MN, skating with players from local AAA clubs. This season I am excited to be playing on an ambitious and hard-working San Francisco's AA high-school travel team playing in the Sharks High School Hockey League, Varsity D2 division. We will also be traveling to tournaments in Utah, Las Vegas, and Minnesota.
I am a dependable participant that does best with directed coaching. Having started out as a defenseman and now transitioned to forward, I have the opportunity to contribute points as a passing play-maker.
Thanks for being interested in me. Oliver Budd
