My freshman year of HS my family relocated to Denver, Co so that I could continue to chase my dream of playing hockey at the highest level. Over my high school career I played two years of AAA and two years of juniors. I played U14AAA for the Colorado Rampage then U15AAA with the Colorado Evolution team where we took second at Nationals. I then moved back to my hometown of Steamboat Springs, Co. to play juniors with the Steamboat Wranglers. I feel that the past 2 seasons have helped me develop skills that will help me succeed in life and on the ice . Earlier this year was one of the toughest times of my life when my best friend committed suicide. It hit me harder then ever but has taught me to work hard everyday, enjoy hockey and the people you play and hang out with because you never know when it will be your last day on this earth. One of my friend's wishes was to watch me accomplish my goal of playing hockey at the highest level. Every year I have worked hard to level up. Playing the game of hockey has brought so much to my life showing me the world, helping me create a good work ethic, becoming coach-able, holding myself accountable and becoming a leader on and off the ice. I am a strong hitting defense men that is a play maker with a winning mentality.
