My name is Michael Stein and I’m a senior at Prospect High School in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. I started playing hockey when I was about five years old. I started out at the Glenview Stars playing double A hockey for a few seasons. I was a Peewee when made the switch to play Central States for the Northern Express, for about five years. My sophomore year I decided to play high school hockey. I’ve been on varsity for two years and this upcoming season will be my third. My goal has always been to play college hockey or in the NAHL. Every practice, every game, and every off-ice session my goal is to push the kids on my team to take that extra step and always give 150 percent. My goal this year is to lead my team to the programs first ever state championship.
