Jack Stiles '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jack Stiles and I am currently a 2023 student-athlete at Algonquin Regional High School in Northborough, Massachusetts.

I am a 6’1 150 lbs goalie and I am the Captain of the Algonquin Regional High School hockey team. So far this year we have played 8 games, and are currently 6-1-1. I currently have 2 shutouts on the year, with a Save Percentage of 0.914, and a Goals Against Average of 2.25. 

If there are any concerns about the level of competition that I face here is what I can say:

Although Algonquin is a public MIAA D2 school, I am facing very strong teams and players. During my 2022 Half-Season I played on the U18 Northstar Hockey Club Tier 1 team, facing players from top prep schools in New England, consisting of; Nobles & Greenough, St. Marks School, Holderness Academy, Winchendon School, and Dexter Southfield Academy. While facing this level of competition I ended the season with a 0.913 Save Percentage, and 4.71 GAA. Throughout this time I was faced with games ranging from 35 shots to 68 shots, with a Mean Shots Per Game of 48.8.
