Personal Statement
One of the first expectations I remember my parents talking to me about when I was very young was that I would be going to college and earning a degree. Also when I was a bit over 1 year old they put a hockey stick in my hand for the first time. I can never thank them enough for direction and support they have given me along the way. My goal is to play hockey at the highest level of my abilitity to enable me to attend a college an earn a degree. I love playing hockey and feel what better way to obtain my educational goals while playing. I am an unselfish team first player who would rather make the right hockey play in all situations. I feel like I am very coachable, hard working and a good teammate on and off the ice. One of my best attributes is I see the ice very well and can visualize developing plays.
