Darby Miller '20 Recruiting Profile

I was born and raised in Anchorage Alaska and just recently moved with my family to Mound Mn. I have both Canadian and US citizenship and am fluent in English and Russian. 

For the 2019-2020 I will be playing for the Minnesota Magician 18U Tier I fall team and varsity at Mound Westonka High School, At Mound Westonka, I will be senior and anticipate to be the starting varsity goalie for the 2019-2020 season. While I recognize that Mound Westonka is a small school that doesn't play at the highest level of High School Hockey in Minnesota, this is where I live and go to school. I am committed to the team (friends and coaches) and hope to help them reach the Minnesota High School Hockey Tournament.  

After graduating in 2020, I will have one more year of youth hockey eligibility at the 18U level. While, I'd like to play Junior Hockey at the highest level possible, I am also interested in playing on a 18U Tier I team. 

What you get if I'm on your team: a goalie that puts his heart and soul into every moment on and off the ice...practices, scrimmages and games.  If you are coach with a Russian native on the team , I will be a great asset to help you player transition to his new team and environment.
