Lincoln Mellenthin '23 Recruiting Profile

   My goal is to reach my greatest potential. I love hockey and the challenge it brings. Hockey to me is a family event with all my cousins, uncles and others. We challenge each other each time we are on the ice and each time I love the game more. I simply want to see how far I can go and to make my family proud. I certainly have the goal of competing at the highest level as possible because the speed and intensity is what excites me and drives me. I'm only entering my junior year of high school next year but want to begin the process of pushing myself to reach a level that I can compete at a high level collegiately. The things I know that can get me there are good grades, leadership and hard work. All of witch are most important to me above hockey. I know with out those attributes I am not a good hockey player or a value to a college team. What I really rely on most is my hard work in everything. I know that with hard work I can overcome any goal.
