Hockey has taught me two important lessons in life. The first is to never stop believing in yourself. If you allow disappointment to affect the way you play on the ice, you will never improve. The second is to always set goals for yourself. Setting a course for the future gives you an idea on where you want to be, and then from there you can create a plan on how to get there. I have played hockey for 7 years and have loved every moment of it. From the early morning games, to the long bus rides for league weekends, hockey is an experience like no other.
