Dear Coaches,

I am a 6 ft 5 inch defenseman that is excited to share my collegiate goals and aspirations with you. My main goal is to excel both academically and athletically while contributing positively to my team. I am passionate about my sport and believe that being part of a competitive team will help me grow as an athlete and as a person.

What sets me apart as a candidate for your team is my commitment to continuously improve myself. I am not just focused on my athletic performance; I also prioritize my academic responsibilities. I maintain a strong 3.44 gpa and actively participate in extracurricular activities such as (Golf, Basketball, Fishing, and Hiking)  which have developed my time management and leadership skills on and off the ice.

In athletics, I bring a strong work ethic and a team-first mentality. I understand the importance of collaboration and communication, always striving to uplift my teammates through good and bad moments. My coaches have consistently noted my resilience and determination, especially in challenging situations, which I believe is reflective of my character.

Furthermore, I value integrity and sportsmanship, believing that how we handle both victories and setbacks defines us as a team. I aim to foster a positive culture within the team, enhancing our collective experience while pushing everyone to reach their full potential.
