I developed a passion for Hockey at a very young age. My first encounter with the sport was when I saw a picture of my Dad who grew up in Canada playing Hockey as a goalie on a Junior Team in Quebec. That picture changed my life. From the moment, I stepped onto the ice and to this day, I feel fortunate that I am able to play hockey. Through good times and tough times, I have experienced many emotions and have gotten to know who I am both on and off the ice. I have learned that in order to succeed in any venture, you must believe in yourself, be dedicated and never give up.
I recently graduated from St Augustine prep school in Richland, New Jersey. The school is located 31 miles away from my home. I knew that getting there could be difficult however I chose to attend because this school would provide me with the best education and preparation for college. In addition, the school has an excellent sports program and I played on the Ice Hockey Varsity team, competing against some of the best high school prep teams in New Jersey. In the off season, I enjoy playing on the school roller hockey team and men's league teams.
I have played in AAA Hockey in the AYHL league since 2012. During this time I had the opportunity to develop my skills by playing against some of the best teams in the league and country. My strengths are skating, position, grit, hockey sense and creating turnovers. I can play all positions.
I would like to play college hockey in a competitive division and at the same time obtain a good education in business, my area of interest. I am looking to play on a junior team that will help me obtain this goal.
