I developed a passion for Hockey at a very young age. My first encounter with the sport was when I saw a picture of my Dad who grew up in Canada playing Hockey as a goalie on a Junior Team in Quebec. That picture changed my life. From the moment, I stepped onto the ice and to this day, I feel fortunate that I am able to play hockey. Through good times and tough times, I have experienced many emotions and have gotten to know who I am both on and off the ice. I have learned that in order to succeed in any venture, you must believe in yourself, be dedicated and never give up.
I recently graduated from St Augustine prep school in Richland, New Jersey. During my time there, I played four years on the Ice Hockey Team.
In my senior year, I became Captain and received an honorable mention award from the New Jersey Interscholastic Ice Hockey League in the Gordon Division.
Presently, I am playing on the Mercer Chefs AAA U premiere division where I am continuing to develop and perfect my hockey skills.
My goal in the future is to play college hockey in a competitive division and at the same time obtain a good education in business, my area of interest. Next year I would like to play on a junior team to help me to achieve my goal of playing college hockey.
I have played AAA Hockey in the AYHL league since 2012. During this time I had the opportunity to develop my skills by playing against some of the best teams in the league and country. This year our club will be also competing in the ECEL league.
My strengths are skating, position, grit, hockey sense. fore checking and back checking. I can play all positions. I also enjoy playing roller hockey during off season and breaks.
