My name is Luke Yocum. I have played hockey since 2011 at the "A" level. I am a right hand shot defenseman. I am good at maintaining possession on the ice. I work like a quarterback in the defensive zone because I start the play and make the best break I possibly can. I can skate the puck up the ice and also create good scoring chances for my team. I have a good shot from the point to create rebounds. I am good at breaking up the opposing team plays, as well as regrouping the neutral zone. I have excellent skating ability. In my most recent coach evaluations, one of my coaches described me as "a silky smooth defenseman".
