My biggest accomplishment and the highlight of my hockey career so far would easily be winning the Mid-Am district championship against our rival team. Not only did the Cleveland Barons win, but I was able to contribute 2 goals, including the game winner!
I feel like I grew the most as a player/person this past season. I had to overcome being one of the smaller players on the team and find my purpose and the best way to contribute to help my team win and finish 6th in the country. I have learned what true hard work, sacrifice and putting in blood, sweat and tears is like as I enter into my 8th season of playing Tier 1 AAA hockey.
I know what leadership and determination looks like and how to apply it in a team environment and that is why I would be a great fit for any team.
