Personal Statement
My objective and desire is to improve in the sport of hockey and become an effective asset to the team I play for. I work to discern what I don't understand or am weak in, and move to fix it while keeping a positive outlook. This mentality has proven its self effective to me, as using this helped me jump from playing in the lower levels of house hockey, to varsity playing for the Denton County Spartans in the 2021-2022 season. I continue to play for them while also being double rostered with their higher level "silver" team. I am highly passionate and strive to better myself mentally and physically to not only reach the colligate level, but to become a better player and person.
