I have been playing lacrosse since I was in the 1st grade and it is my true passion. I have dreamed of playing lacrosse in college and beyond for as long as I can remember.
I am very fast and have great stick skills. Even though my primary position is attack, I have an uncanny ability to "thread the needle" and pass an assist to my teammates in the middle of traffic. At Air Academy High School I was put in as a defensive midfielder because my coach is hoping to see me play midfielder in the future because he thinks my size and speed would make for a great midfielder. With my current club team, Blue Label Lacrosse, I play attack and am a leader on and off the field. I am also very comfortable running the offense from "X". I am very coachable and I am an extremely hard working player. I plan to put all of my efforts into the recruiting process to find a school that is the right fit for me.
In the classroom I had a rough start my Freshman year, but turned it around second semester. I transferred schools for a semester and worked hard to improve my grades. I learned a great deal about study habits, work ethic and discipline which I know will help me stay strong for the remainder of my time in high school.
Off the field I achieved the highest rank in the Boys Scouts and became an Eagle Scout while I was still in the 8th grade. I am active in FCA in my school and my church's youth group. I believe it builds a character that is applicable to all areas of my life and helps me be a well-rounded person on and off the field.
