I have been Weight lifting since I was eleven and I am still dedicated to it. I work out every day and get as much cardio as I can in each week. On top of Weight lifting I keep an amazing diet and make sure everything I consume is healthy. I have had food allergies ever since I was little so monitoring what I put into my body has always been my number one priority for me and my family.
