Personal Statement
When I first started playing lacrosse I was unsure if I was going to like it or not but I quickly found that I loved the sport. What I love about the sport is the physicality of the game, the camaraderie amongst players, and how when I play the game the pure enjoyment it gives me.
This year I am just grateful that we even get to play games and that we get to travel and that we do not have to stay locked up. Not being able to play Lacrosse during the pandemic was hard for me, however, that gave me the motivation to go out and practice on my own and get better. This season I am truly looking forward to playing for my local Lacrosse club, the Great Falls Fury, as well as, my state-level Treasure State Lacrosse 2022 team.
Outside being a lacrosse player, I have played ice hockey since I was 4 years old. I am also a level 3 USA Hockey certified official where I have had the opportunity to officiate all levels from College to beginners. I have also played soccer since I was 3 and this year I was a member of the Great Falls high school soccer team where I was awarded Honerable Mention All-State and GFHS Team MVP.
My goal is to find a school that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I know that hard work, work ethic, character, and dedication are something that all schools are looking for and I believe I have all of these attributes. I hope that I can have the opportunity to prove these attributes to you and your program!
