Joey Cassesa '20 Recruiting Profile

To be honest with you, I grew up playing football and baseball. Lacrosse was just something that I wasn't familiar with. In 8th grade I joined the Rec lacrosse team and loved it. As a freshman I decided to drop baseball and focus on lacrosse in the spring and I have no regrets. I am a two sport varsity athlete at Paramus High School.. football in the fall and lacrosse in the spring. I truly love playing both sports so it was a difficult decision for me to pick just one for college. 

I am a strong and dedicated player. I give 100% effort not only at games but practices as well. As a defenseman I'm quick on my feet and ready for anything. I'm really looking forward to continuing playing lacrosse in college.
