Austin Geissel '16 Recruiting Profile

When I go to college I am looking for a good education but lacrosse is also very important to me.  I realize that I most likely won’t make a living in lacrosse.  If I don’t decide what I want to major in and what career I would like during high school, I will find that out during college . 

As a goalie, goals will always be scored on me.   I do not have a bad temper with other players and myself, I always look to move forward when things happen.  My father was my coach when I was younger and always stressed playing other positions so that I could get an understanding of the game.

I think that I am a very good goalie, but you will have to determine how good.  Both my parents are teachers and I know how important it is to work hard in the classroom.  I have worked hard for what I have earned.  As for character, I am an easy going guy that is respectful to everyone.  At parent-teacher conferences my parents have always have heard that I was the kindest most respectful child in class.
