Joseph Dixon '19 Recruiting Profile

Making states as a sophomore has been the highlight of my lacrosse career. It was the first time in the history of our schools lacrosse program that a team advanced to post season play!  

Simply put lacrosse is my passion. I began playing in 3rd grade and have never looked back.  Lacrosse is a brotherhood, a family.  

My goal is to find a school that fits me and my academic goals and if I am able to play lacrosse as well then all my dreams / goals will be met.  I am looking for a school that will help me grow, socially as well as academically.  

I am an attack man who also has also played mid field for both High School and Club as needed.  You will find I am unselfish and about the team.  I am always looking for “one more” and not forcing a play or shot.  I read the field very well,  I am able to settle the ball when necessary and take control of the situation. 

I possess both speed and agility to attack the goal hard however, I have a very strong accurate outside shot as well.  

My dream would be to play lacrosse at the collegiate level for a school that will allow me achieve my academic goals as well.
