Ian Kennedy '17 Recruiting Profile

I began playing lacrosse in the second grade and I have been in love with the sport ever since.  While I have a passion for lacrosse I am still dedicated to my studies and bettering myself both mentally and physically. I am a sophomore at Wando High school in Mount Pleasant South Carolina which is the largest high school in the state.  My post high school goals include playing lacrosse at the collegiate level while pursuing a degree in health and business.  Some of my recent lacrosse achievements include being a starter on the junior varsity lacrosse both 8th and 9th grade, junior varsity team captain 2014 and named as a Brine National High School All-America in 2014 and a Brine National All-Star in 2013. I believe what makes me different from others is that I am humble, hardworking and about putting the team first.
